Good food, good service, great price. This is an authentic Grand Forks experience. If you want something local this is your place.
This was our go to place before und games. We recently visited again and it went completely downhill. The food quality is not what it used to be. Prices went up quality went down. Ordered a california burger and charged me for toppings that should have came on it. Server brought ticket with food which you dont do and I was to exhausted to even tell her about the extra charges after she gave the ticket immediately. No longer a recommended spot for us.
In a nutshell, poorly managed. Major problems were with customer service customer options, and cleanliness. A "no substitute" menu is a bad idea especially when you simply ask for an item to be removed from your plate and are told "no substitutions." We were not asking for a substitution, but to remove something we did not want. Table was very tacky to the point that our magazine stuck to the table and could not be removed. Great place for breakfast. They offer a high protein selection that is smaller plates and high in protein. Highly recommended.
