A little over 2 years ago I came into Northside looking for a simple car and I needed it fast. I was a single father and starting a new job and my credit was not the best. But they still worked with me on everything and got me into a car. Then at the beginning of this year I paid it completely off. I just went in today and traded that car in and got a new and bigger car due to me getting married in 2 weeks and being promoted in my job. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unprofessional thieves. They will never get a recommendation from me. Over $12,000 for a 2008 Kia Rio which has run like crap from the day I got it. The VP Tom Fisher was sure to use his daughter as a leverage when I was looking at vehicles. Not to mention the nasty attitude I received when talking with Helen, the VP of finance. What a joke: They aren’t looking out for your best interest. Don’t waste your time or money and go somewhere else
