Never received a single bill through mail, email, text, etc. until they sent debt collectors to start calling me 6 months later.
This clinic really needs to update its process. The registration moved extremely slowly—so much so that there weren’t even enough seats for my wife and me. People were left standing and waiting for up to three hours just to complete registration. The nurses also seemed unpleasant and ill-tempered. I will make sure never to return to this facility again. Everything else here is fairly good, but going into Suite 350 is dreadful. I truly hope I never have to come back.

I kept getting invoices from this company because they are an out-of-network provider. I called on 10-15-22 and explained once again that I'm being held responsible for an amount not valid. The agent assured me he'd put it on hold and investigate. Well, I just got a letter from a debt collector. I called Northside Anestesiology again today to explain I was to get a call back and never did. She said it goes into collection after 30 days, which I told her was not my problem. She hung up on me. Time to go to the BBB.
