Northshore Management is the best in the business. My son had a move in date at another property managed by the same group. The manager and the leasing agent were both off on our assigned move in date. As we sat there for over 5 hours making calls to the property and to the management company, NO ONE was helpful at all, NO ONE. There office manger Betsey is very very very professional and does everything in her power to help all residence she makes north shore a great place to live.
I lived here for 2 years and it it very peaceful with Great neighbors !! Nice pool area , and the management team actually care everytime I need maintenance done too my apartment the service has always been quick . I love you Ms.Betsye she is so sweet and understanding
First-Time Renters should steer clear!! After you apply and pay the $50/person application fee they will let you know that they require two years of rental history. The application fee is”non-refundable”… They should list this requirement sometime in the application process before they require people to pay non-refundable fees for apartments they don’t even qualify for!!!
