Highly recommend these apartments. Can only speak for the two bedrooms but after a week of living here I've got to say I'm thrilled with my experience. Maria made the lease signing and move in process incredibly easy and the area is very convenient if you work downtown plus the neighborhood is very quiet. There's multiple pools, dog parks, a dog wash which I'm very happy about, a gym, laundry facility plus a washer/dryer hookup in the apartment, etc so you basically get every amenity you could ask for. Ms. Maria was an absolutely wonderful guide during my tour of Northshore Village. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! I am currently not putting in my application until a loft apartment opens up but she sold me on the wonderful community. Incredibly communicative and made the trip worthwhile.
The leasing team (especially Maria) did an amazing job at answering all my questions, making my move in process super easy & smooth. Thank you Maria for being super helpful, professional & exceeding my expectations!
Northshore Village is a great place to live with fast response times both with the maintenance team and leasing office. Maria, who has helped us settle in, is an exceptional host who has helped us with pretty much everything from the move in process to working the Loft companion app. T-Bo (If I remember his name correctly) is the maintenance guy we see most and is always very prompt and effective to fix any problems that may arise and is a respectful guest when in your unit.
