Worse emergency hospital I have ever been at. I’ve been here for 6 hours. I asked the lady in the front desk if I can get an update she said I was next almost two hours ago! Insane!
Was told it would be a 4-5 hour wait. Okay, that was expected. 6 hours in the waiting room, they say it will be an additional 6 hour wait until we could get checked in for severe internal pain which is so inhumane. 12hr+ wait. Are you serious? This ER is an absolute joke. Instead of saying “I’m sorry” to patients waiting a long time, how about you start finding a way to change your system so more patients can be checked in sooner. I’d rather buy a plane ticket to a different country to get treatment than step foot into here ... read more
