I called to schedule an appointment here due to an emergency and they had a nurse go to call me back to evaluate my situation. Laura, Dr. Walker's nurse, called me at 17:30pm and and took a very empathetic interest in my story, problem, and my care and went above anything I could expect from somebody who wasn't invested in me - I am not a patient there. If I could give 100 stars I would!! I was so anxious about coming to my appointment due to the bad reviews but let me tell you first hand, it’s further from the truth. I was greeted with kindness by Dr. Raviv and his physician assistant. The anxiety QUICKLY melted away. I was examined twice and fully informed about my findings. I was referred here (NS Medical Group Division of Otolaryngology) by Lake Forest Hospital in which I called to speak with the nurse as my nose was bleeding after the ER visit. Was advised she left for the day after we played phone tag. Called back this afternoon and CARMELLA HUNG UP ON ME! What type of professionalism is this for someone who is need.
