As an addendum to my earlier complaint: Regarding dishonesty: In reading Google reviews, the first review in the string was from Joan To, who claims the office is fantastic. It appears that SHE IS THE OWNER, & one of the dentists, posing as a client!!! Here's what she says: "Best dentist office ever! Patient, professional, and sensitive. They have great payment options and worked with in my budget. Which I appreciated. I Highly recommend!!!) Really?
My Northshore Smile? Missing one tooth. Apparently, they broke it during the first cleaning. Needed to have it extracted (elsewhere). Expecting over $6,000 necessary repair work (elsewhere). Paid $1,600 upfront for extra cleanings, $69 to swish your mouth out, etc. That’s Northshore’s game. Accidents happen.
