I have happily lived here for over 3 years! They communicate anything needed from me in a timely manner. Provide quick and professional maintenance when requested. Are very kind and fair and truly treat me like a person not a number renting a unit. Any issues or concerns I have had are handled with care and concern. I will continue to live here as long as they will have me!
Awful apartment. I didn’t notice because I didn’t go around testing everything while touring it with the tenant there. Oven in the kitchen is like 40-50 years old and doesn’t work, I complained, they said oh it’s good enough. Bathroom barely functions they sent maintenance multiple times without fixing it. Heat in the bedroom barely works if at all which they apparently didn’t think to fix before I moved in. There employees have harassed me continuously since I hung an lgbt flag in my unit. great management! very responsive to requests for maintenance/lease questions :) easy to work with and friendly team of people.
This was a wonderful place to live! The staff were amazing. They responded quickly to emails and maintenance requests. I would recommend them to anyone.
