The property management is horrible, apartments are thrown together with shoddy craftsmanship, walls are paper-thin and you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors say or do, laundry room is always disgusting, price is way too high for the area and the apartment quality, neighbors are trashy and loud. They charge outrageous fees and go up on rent every year. Save yourself the trouble of living here, you can find MUCH better for the price they ask.
