So back in February, we lost all four elevators for this 38 story luxury high-rise. Unfortunately, we had one to two working elevators for until June of this year when a third came online and the fourth was iffy. That being said, usually one is booked for movers and one is booked for hours for the property’s mail delivery service (Fetch) and one is down for “cabling” or other ongoing repairs and that is still the ongoing situation as tested yet again today. Just found out elevators will not be fully functional until August 2021 people!!!! Originally, May/June. There is basically one working elevator for 38 floors since the winter storm because the other one has been reserved for movers and Fetch delivery most days. Its awful. You can wait 10 mins or get a notice from the elevator that no elevator is available, so you have to take the stairs or wait for another five minutes to even push the button to call.
