Except for some honest and diligent nurses - a horrible place to end up at if you are delivering. Was almost forced into a C-section - only to rip off the insurance. If you are not prepared to take a stance, they will do the whole stick on you - induction, pitocin, epidural, C-section - repeat. Hated every minute there. Felt alone and abused. The birth-plan is for the garbage bin. The personnel just ignored it where ever they could. Those people starve you to death during labor and post-partum. You have to beg for crackers a... read more

Worst customer service with regards to making an appointment. I had a scheduled appointment in September and it was canceled. The office rescheduled my appointment without speaking to me. I rescheduled that appointment because I did not make it. I had to cancel this appointment due to conflict at work. The office person told me they “would not be able to reschedule because this is MY third cancellation.” I was livid and explained this is my first cancellation and she said she had to ask her supervisor to reschedule my appoin... read more
