Having lived in San Jose for over 50 years and seeing the same wonderful eye doctor for many years I was very apprehensive about seeing a new doctor in Red Bluff. My son had an emergency and Dr. Haugen was contacted. Even though it was after hours he came promptly. My son had a torn retina, and it turned out to be a long harrowing ordeal, but due to Dr. Haugen's excellent recommendations and diligent care, today his vision is 20/20. I have been seeing Dr Haugen for approx 4-5 years. He is absolutely awesome, very easy to talk with and makes you very comfortable. He performed my cataract surgery a couple years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is wonderful, pleasant and very warm and professional. I would not go anywhere else.
