Omg Mayral!!! Is the Best!!! She is patient, very informative & makes you feel at ease. Mayral really took out time to send me the videos of the units and I loved them. We have been living here for 2 years now and really enjoy it. It’s a very family friendly community. The maintenance is fast and awesome. They really take care of you and plan lots of activities like food trucks and ice cream trucks during the summer months. Would recommend Northridge Apartments to anyone looking for a nice family friendly place to live.
I have had such an amazing time working with Mayra at Northridge. Has always been there to make the process easy and professional. 10 out of 10. Would recommend anyone to Northridge and to work with Mayra.
Dishonest management. They said they would paint the rental prior to getting the keys but only did touch-ups. They gave me a certain rate then on the move-in date I was given a different rate, then arguing that $100 a month is not huge difference for what I get. Very rude and no one that you can escalate to. All this on move-in date when it's too late to back out. They can't keep their voice down like they are having withdrawls. Incompetent management. Was told I need to sign paperwork just to take a tour. I think her name was Rita. I read the paperwork and it was about income, eligibility, etc.. I didn’t sign a thing and was told to leave. All I wanted was a tour. I think I dodged a bullet with these people making their own ridiculous rules.
