I have been bringing my son to Northpointe Pediatrics for 10 years. He has seen Dr Engel since day one. As a mom having a premature baby I cannot express how much I appreciate the special treatment my son was given. He was not only given special treatment as an infant but every visit he has had with Dr. Engel. Over the years for sick visits, well visits, or needed advice from the nurse we have always been treated with warmness and kindness. Love the office and every staff member and Doctors are extremely nice and helpful.
We ran out of formula and had no money to buy any and they needed up giving me two small cans to get through.
We've been taking our kids to Northpointe since our oldest was 2 days old (2008) and have always been more than happy with Dr Engel ((batman)) and the rest of the crew. The receptionists are always extra friendly and the nurses are super helpful. With my oldest having asthma, Dr Batman has always been the best in helping him and us.
