Switching to Northpointe in 2011 was one of the best decisions we've made. We always feel very well taken care of when seeing any of the doctors here. They treat you as a person, not a file. Of course we have our favorite, but I highly recommend any of the doctors.
My youngest daughter saw a female pediatrician here during the teen years. Northpointe was a safe, confidential place for her to receive care until age 18. And they covered every aspect of young woman wood. My daughter takes her son here, and her soon to be born daughter in May will also go there. So happy with her choice.
Fantastic clinic. I was amazed to see that being new to the practice when I had my son that Dr. Francis would come to the hospital. I thought an on staff ped. would check on us until his first follow up appointment. Since then we have seen Dr. Engel who is also fantastic. They are so caring and also very assuring to a nervous Mom! I've called in many times for help and the nurses are beyond patient with me as a first time mom. I am so happy we selected Nortpointe as our sons doctor office!
My boys love the doctors and nurses here. They are very professional and caring, I couldn't ask for anything more!

Since I've made the Change I have been so pleased with decision! They are Prompt! No waiting allowed!!! seen on the same day if needed!! Professional and caring!! They check for everything!!! Very pleased.
