My six-year-old was seen in the Northpointe immediate Care last evening for a possible arm fracture. The radiology department called me this morning to cofirm said fracture and suggested she see the doctor on call as she only has a sling and nothing to stabilize her arm. Orthopedics called me moments ago and suggested that she wait until next Tuesday to see a doctor. This is completely unacceptable care and out of the Realms of even anything that could be called Healthcare. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was told today that I wasn't due for a physical until July. Now that I'm home, I'm sure that's wrong. July is when I went in for an x-ray for a sore wrist, and that was all. Not a physical. I'm sorry they can't keep better records.
By not having doctors charge ridiculous prices for doing very little, I will never come here again and I will tell others the same.
