Great experience until you go to cancel. Was 1 day late to cancel for the next month. Tried speaking to two different people (membership director and center director) about getting a refund. The center director was busy, called her and left a message and never got a call back. Will try to call corporate headquarters and see if that produces any results.
RecommendedAwesome facility, educated trainers, a wide range of classes. Also set on a picturesque restored prairie, and the fact that they have childcare available is the best!
Absolutely beautiful facility, great, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
My son just had knee surgery here. Rooms were very spacious and the staff was kind, helpful and informative! Great experience. :)
Barbara the yoga instructor is amazing! She makes sure that your yoga experience is done right and I feel great after a class with her!!
The staff is super friendly, the place is spacious and there’s plenty of things to do like swim, lift, yoga, run, etc. the trail outside is beautiful as well! Always clean, well-maintained and organized!
This is a great place it has so much to offer I would recommend to all my friends and family very top notch I actually quit another gym to come here and it hasn’t disappointed me!!!
This place is awesome! Very nice and caring staff. Very clean facility! They actually listened to me and asked my opinion on the matter at hand. Now if I heal quickly it will be best of all! Cmon meds work!
