they have mold in they apartment ac units
Three times in the last year my apartments been robbed. No broken windows, door was locked. Zero response from the staff to fix anything. Atrocious apartment complex.
Very unorganized and inconsistent with communication.

The grounds are full of poop. People walk their dogs without poop scoopers, just nasty. The office write about patios, or your porch. They never speak about the dogs, or pet owners. You got to walk with your head down to watch your step. They won't touch up no matter how many years you've stayed. I can say I've never been shot at. Very thankful for the peace all these years.

RecommendedBest apartments in Greenspoint!! Bianca and Lisa always treat me like family and the maintenance team here is outstanding. Prices are fair as well.
