Northpoint's customer service is amazing. It was an easy choice to have them replace our 2 units last fall after 13 years of great service on the original units. Even months after the sale, I can call Jason with any questions. For example, when my wife noticed rusty pipes last week, I sent a picture to Jason, and Northpoint replaced the pipes within a few days at no charge. They are a really great company to do business with.
