They replaced all of my ductwork, added a new intake and an additional thermostat upstairs. The work needed to be done quickly as part of the purchase. Rob Zokan and Smitty professionally installed a down draft vent system in an existing kitchen island. They maintained the manufacturers specifications while adapting the ducting to preserve drawer space. Smitty took the time to answer my frequent questions and gave me a detailed explanation of how the equipment was installed and operated. We just had a new system installed and the gentleman that came and did the work were friendly, worked hard, got things done sooner than I expected, and put up with my dog barking at them the whole time they were here. Great job!
We recently had out upstairs unit go out during a cold weather spell. Brent Zokan and his team were amazing. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The technicians were tremendous and everyone provided the kind of personal attention that is rarely seen in today's world. They got us taken care of quickly and were very thorough. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC needs.

North Point installed their new Lennox HVAC system in our new constructed home. They were great on price, schedules, and service.
Northpoint installed the HVAC when our house was built in 2007. We didn't have much trouble with our system until it was over ten years old. During those years, Northpoint was great about servicing our unit quickly and thoroughly. We just had our original system replaced. The installation guys were great. They did a quality job, were quiet and left everything in our house just as they'd found it.
Great work and done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend to anyone who needs any service or replacements in and around the Columbia area.
