The security needs to be stepped up at this mall. I frequent this mall WEEKLY, and after all these recent mugging in parking lot/parking garages since Christmas, I am scared to shop there. Being a mother, it's hard to watch your surroundings while loading your car. Northpark needs to protect its customers, or soon, there won't be any! Gorgeous mall - world-class art, minimal security for shoppers in the lots and garages. Beware. It's so sad to have to say this but the mall has deteriorated.

Love everything about northpark and what it has to offer, however I am a mom of two young children and feel it is no longer safe to come here with them until NP steps up their security in the parking lots and garages. Please make this a safer place to shop!!
My first time at this mall and it was everything I hoped for! ❤️ loved it! I plan to make this a frequent stop
This use to be my favorite mall because the whole family could shop in one place, but they're closing some of our favorites. Looking for a new favorite mall.
