I know you can not help the crowds or the wait at the holidays. I have no prob with that and expect that in December, but...I was very unhappy with the parking situation yesterday. Valet lot had at least 1/4 of its spaces still empty but sign said it was full. What is worse is that regular parking spaces were all gone but empty spaces sat in valet sections unused and not allowed to be used by the public. Not smart or fair to customers at all.
