The whole Santa policy is the dumbest thing ever! I don't care if that Santa is tradition or not....giving someone a number and telling them they possibly could see santa 8hours later is not acceptable!! My kids were so disappointed. We went to another mall and walked right up to Santa. Just form one line and allow everyone to have a sit and move the line. It's that simple. Just ridiculous!! They are kids!! Allow them to see Santa!!
