I am deeply disturbed at the level of racism from the stores and security at this mall. Let this sink in. Most people who come to work there, can't afford to shop there. Yet, apparently that still makes them better than allowing someone of color who can afford to shop there do so.
I am very dissatisfied with this store right now. I have tried to reach them concerning my purse that they “can’t” repair. I was suppose to receive it Friday but here it is the next Friday and I can’t reach them by phone or email. Not a happy customer and will really reconsider purchasing other items from Gucci.
