I love my therapist, she is awesome. However, THE OFFICE SUCKS. I have been trying for 4 DAYS to get someone from the office to answer one of the two voicemails I've left.. I've also sent texts to the number I even tried calling an office in a different city, guess what? It's the same number. Honestly, I think the office should just forward their calls to 911, because you'll die waiting for someone to answer the phone .
Trying to have any type of communication with the office or do scheduling is next to impossible. They don't return your calls or update you on changes they've made regarding requests. ( For example- I asked for a video appointment instead of an in person appt, and they did the change and expected me to know that it was done without contacting me. I have been going here for five years and seeing my therapist longer than that. Henrietta and the rest of the staff are amazing! A lot of the other counselors are very nice and accommodating staff is knowledgeable and if they are unclear of something they will get back to you, this place may not be for everybody, but I will tell you as someone who has gone through therapy for years This is the place to go. Also, Karen Marie has a child. Therapist is absolutely amazing and helped my daughter, leaps and bounds and short time.
Elizabeth is my therapist. I searched high and low for many years to find somebody that I actually felt comfortable fully with and vibed with. Elizabeth is truly amazing. She's always completely understandable, relatable, she's just real and I couldn't honestly recommend a better therapist. I hope arise counseling services treasures her because she is truly a treasurer.
