The property is not maintained at all. Many management changes means alot of issues gets forgotten. Can't tell is maintenance is good or just disorganized due to management. Water quality here is the worse ive ever seen. You would deep clean the bathroom and then mold starts growing from the faucet spout. I surmise the water heater has not been maintained, checked, or anything. Mold just grows anywhere despite monitoring humidity and tempature. I lived here for 9 months and had a very poor experience. During my stay, I experienced repeated roach issues, marijuana/secondhand smoke entering the apartment area despite prior complaints, pest issues including scorpions, a mailroom break-in where credit cards/packages were stolen, delayed handling of the mailroom issue, a water leak, and ongoing issues with management responsiveness. The leasing Agent Terri was very helpful! Terri was polite and friendly! she made my clients feel welcomed, and although they knew nothing of english she used the resources to help them and translate needed information! Thank you for all your help!
