Living here has been a big disappointment. The management is completely unprofessional and rarely responds to concerns. The property feels unsafe — dogs are everywhere, many without leashes, and it’s common to see dog waste left all over the grounds. There’s also a strong smell of weed around the complex almost every day, even in areas where kids are playing. It’s definitely not a family-friendly environment. I had a great experience touring the Northland at the Arboretum with Terry. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything about the property and amenities. Terry was also very helpful and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I really appreciated her positive attitude and expertise she definitely made a great impression!
