Place is a dump ran by pathetic ignorant people in the office.
Leave tenants without working air conditioning,over charge for their rent, make you pay extra for a overlook of some trees and a pond. The community is always trashed and the roads are even worse the upkeep with maintenance is horrific they couldn’t keep a maintenance man there working if he lives there for free. Winter time is worse they don’t clear the roads everything breaks all the time the utilities are absolutely out of demand and way to high thank for the not so good living space
Northlake Village Apartments is sleazy and they will turn off your automatic payments just so they can cash in on a $100 administrative late fee. They also dont clean up leaves around your apartment and let them sit all winter long, killing all the grass around your apartment and never being willing to repair it, so you'll essentially have a mud pit outside your apartment if you're on the first level.

Have lived here for over a year now and we have had very good experience so far. Maintenance is very quick and courteous and the front office staff are always nice and able to answer and address questions. The only issues I have had are with a few of the other tenants but that’s it. Safe location. I would probably recommend doing an upgraded apartment if you can afford it. The rooms are large and the closet space is awesome!
I am a current resident and I like it here. Although a little more expensive, you get good quality living and huge closets. Only issue I have had really is the outdated appliances and they are working hard to renovate apartments and make them better. The maintenance is awesome, although maybe over worked. They are always courteous and friendly. With the management switch, things were rough to start but has improved tremoundously. The front staff is awesome!
I would highly recommend this apartment complex. I just renewed my lease because I have not had any issues. The rent is affordable and whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is solved the same day I report it. I am single and live alone and feel safe. It is very quiet and I love how the workout room is open 24/7!! I have a view of the lake, which I love and the people in my building are super friendly and nice. The staff is always friendly and nice and I enjoy how safe and welcomed I feel!
The staff are always courteous to us. Our apartment may be older but it is larger than most for the price and well maintained.
