Fantastic staff, comfortable living environment. Absolutely recommend.
If u want to live here....well first u need to know....maintenance, always a lack of them..and takes forever to get things fixed....windows and closets let in ton of cold air in the winter and hot in the summer. If something breaks and not your fault sometime u will get charged. They charge for light changing too. Rent goes up every year. Floors and walls r very thin. Office people can be rude,jennifer. I lived here for 3 years before finally moving out. It is the WORST community in noblesville. I would never recommend anyone to live here

This place is a mess. There’s trash overflowing in every dumpster, stray animals running around, very limited hours and strict pool rules for community pool, and the staff has no clue what’s going on. They make new “rules” every week but don’t seem to enforce them. Very pet friendly which would be the only plus. No weight or breed restrictions for dogs so you might get stuck under someone w/ a German Shepard that barks and howls throughout different times of the day and night. Calling this place a cesspool would be a compliment. I have never seen a place charge so much per month when the complex literally looks like a dump. Disgusting and very disappointing.
The staff including maintenance are incredibly helpful. They are extremely large dog friendly. I read some of the not do good comments and am blown away and think they must be talking about a different place.

My mom lived here. Calling it a dump is an insult to all the other dumps out there. Office staff is non responsive and has no clue how to treat customers and tenants. Lease here at your own risk.
