My experience at the laurel manor was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They took months to give back my deposit and then falsely took out 5 days of rent when in fact I had proof that I paid my rent in full. The financial officer then told me he didn’t care and the matter was closed so now I’m seeking help through other ways to get my funds of what is owed back.
Perfect from start to finish! The building was recently renovated and is in wonderful shape. Becky and Kyli were very helpful with setting up the showing and getting me leasing information.
Would NEVER reccomend this apartment building. Very unprofessional and unethical. The place crawls with mice, especially during the winter season. They do NOTHING to solve the problem but put traps down. The heat works when it wants to, on during the day, off at night, which makes absolutely no sense. You contact them about any problems, and they give you attitude and act as if you're asking for too much. The hallways reek. Having company over is embarrassing. In short, I had some confusions about how the lease determined “vacancy” and “abandonment”. They continued to not actually answer my questions and eventually responded essentially with “Tough, see a lawyer if you don’t understand”, even though my question was valid and was clearly confused.
