Nice place
The screw factory is an awesome wedding venue, had a great time partying here! Although, if you get sweating during the warm months, this might not be the best place as the air conditioning doesn't work so well.
We rented out one of the 2 entertainment areas for our wedding reception. Kathy was a charm to work with even though my wife did 99% of the planning. They are accommodating and easy to work with. The other building staff were friendly and helpful during the setup process. If you have an eye on turning a relatively blank canvas into a masterpiece then this could be an added perk as it seemed to work out AMAZING for our special day. Couldn't have been more perfect and unique.
