Hi we just moved out on March 1st. We absolutely enjoyed living at **** ********* *n unit 2. Becky made our move from out of state and into ********an absolute delight!!! The countertops and appliances are all top notch!! And the community is also quiet but there are parks and things to do in the area and you’re just a stones throw to Cleveland. Becky and Steve and the maintenance team always stepped up and helped if there was any thing that came up which I only think was twice to be honest. We have rented for 20 plus years ... read more

Hi I am a resident at Northlake management my address is ***** ******* ***** ********* ***My first concern is I never got to see the place due to Covid. I was told there is parking. I also have three places where they say parking is available in black-and-white and is no longer there however I still have the information. I spoke to AJ he took me to the apartment and he was in Shaq himself the size of the apartment is the size of an a fission C and I pay $985 a month with no parking. I lived at both Sapphire Gardens and Diamond Creek. Both the units I lived in were great! Well maintained buildings with private parking lots which isn’t easy to find in the Lakewood area! Maintenance was prompt, neat, and always curtious. The leasing office staff was always very polite and helpful, especially Joanna!!

I have had many difficulties in my time with Northlake. Many times maintenance issues that were caused by the building's poor wiring system were not actually fixed until the occurrence happened multiple times. The no smoking policy was not enforced properly which made living with the windows open very miserable in the spring and summer. Only three points of contact with 'upper management' appeared to have occurred during your residency. One of which being the no smoking policy as suggestion. While it is 100% a rule, we must allow for due process per the laws of State of Ohio. As such, we must have firsthand account and evidence of any crime for the police to act. I had nothing but positive experiences with Northlake management! Apartment was great. Staff was friendly the few times I had communication with them!!
Tried two separate times to see two different apartments. Both times my appointment was cancelled the day of because it had already been leased. I don't understand why they even made any appointments with me if they weren't going to let me even apply or see the place first before making a decision.

Our company policy is first come, first served based on the security deposit. This is displayed on our advertisements as well. It is the best and only true objective method for approved tenancy. Our systems allow online applications at any time, and deposits too. This is also on our advertisements.
