Paid $28 to get my truck washed and paid extra for them to amoral my black rubber areas. Have to remind them EVERYTIME, even though they write it in the window. There used to be a guy or front inspecting the cars, that person is gone. Therfore, so had the business. Downhill FAST! I've given them quite a few chances. This last visit was the last. Save your money, go elsewhere!
I have not had a good experience with this place in a long while... Figured I would give one more chance so ce I have been using them since they opened. I specifically mentioned my recent displeasure with their service and was assured they had improved. I even allowed them to upset me to a more expensive wash because I really wanted the bugs off. Do not take your car here!!! They damaged the inside of my high end vehicle and the GM denied having anything to do with the damage BEFORE he even looked at it. The GM has no customer service skills and could care less about your car. While he was taking to me he was stuffing his face full of KFC. Unbelievable DO Not Take Your Car Here!!!! WORST BUSINESS EVER!!
