A+ customer service I enjoyed my experience at Northlake. The entire staff was super friendly-from the greeter to the detailer and the cashier included. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had an awful experience there ! I wanted the simple $20 wash and vacuum, nothing fancy. The place was dead, i was the only customer. I pulled up and was told that i had to upgrade to a $50 package bc there was sabd on my floor. I explained i didnt want the $50 package. He said then we cant wash your car and walked away. I was furious. Called inside found out he was a supervisor. Called back spoke to the manager he explained sand ruins the vacuum and started yelling and hung up on me! Awful service ! I used to wash my car by myself because I am very detail oriented, and I want everything spotless. After a while, it becomes time consuming. So now, I go to Northlake Auto Spa. They know exactly what I want, and they keep my car looking spanking new. I don't wash my car anywhere else. Best car wash in West Palm Beach. #LoveThatPlace
