Called Northgate about an issue with an air handler. These folks went above and beyond. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and professional- a rarity these days. Additionally they scheduled a next day appointment and resolved the issue (which included a major parts replacement) in less than two hours. When I asked the technician (Brian) about another concern with my system (that I had not spoken with anyone else about) he answered my questions completely and offered a solution. Called a week ago because the outdoor condensing unit they installed in 2017 has a leak on the condensing coil. I was told they no longer sell that brand, and they weren’t sure how to handle the warranty. Knoxville office had me contact the Chattanooga office where I thought I was getting somewhere, but was told I would get a call back on Monday. Get the call on Monday and it is the same answer as the Knoxville office. They just sent me through another supply house hoping they would have it, but I was going to have to pay a ... read more
