I have nothing good to say about these apartments. After telling the lady that showed me an apartment no I wasn’t interested she continued to blow my phone up to get me to do an application. After about 3 weeks of this I applied and now they won’t give me my $100 back. The old manager Shay was very rude and disrespectful. None of them have a clue who to call and get my check from. I've lived here for 13 months and have had 2 different apartments with this community. I wouldn't be here if I wasn't a felon but since I am my whole family has to suffer. Don't ever move here. They are infested with bedbugs. If you don't get them consider yourself lucky! My husband told them that we found a bed bug crawling on our infant after not even being in our new apartment for 12 hours. We told the manager and she said we brought them with us,! Recommended2 pools! A pet park! 3 laundry rooms! Sidewalks and doggy stations! 1 & 2 bedroom apartments! Family environment written all over it!
I lived here for 3 years and they have gone through several managers. Seems like every few months someone else is in charge and new people in the office. Most frustrating part is they will promise you lots of things to your face just to get you to leave and then when you follow up they say that conversation never happened. They refuse to respond to emails or texts because they know they will have to keep their word.
Great place to live. Amazing staff. Willing to help if they can. Dog area. Play grounds. Amazing pool areas and bbq. Well maintained and huge floor plans! Love it here!
