Tried to call two or three times but it was like somebody was picking up the phone and then hanging up on you
I had used these people for over 15 yrs and never had an issue until last year when I called and told them I needed yearly service and the freon had went down causing unit not to cool. They have known for years that my wife and I both have health issues and need prompt service when we call. Not only did we not get that we got no service at all.
