My wife and I have been very happy with the care we've received at North Gate. I appreciate the great lengths the staff goes through to make sure our visit goes well, (even calling us later in the day to make sure everything with our recovery is going well). Great experience overall.
We totally "spaced" on an appointment we had (last one possible before my son goes out of state for college)......Even though the missed appointment was "our fault" NGD staffed worked very hard to find a way to squeeze us in the next day so my son could get a check/cleaning before going out of state. They really didn't find enough time to do the "doctor check", xrays and cleaning....but somehow you did it....all your staff worked together and got it done. I have not been to the dentist in a long time and was really freaking out about going. I was greeted by the reception staff and they ensured me it would be ok and that I'm in good hand... I was shown around the office then shown to my room. I was shortly after greeted by Dr. Dodsworth and his assistant and everything I asked them to do they did and if I had a special request they did it also.
