A little bit of a “jumping through hoops” in confirming appointments but when needing to reschedule of cancelling a little hard to get a person initially ....recorded menu/message system not changed when open (says you’re closed after 8), during work hours but away from desk message says one hour call back turn around but realistically a day sometimes, 48 hour req is an issue when you are closed on fridays Also seems there is always a rinse being promoted ....feels like a product of the month type thing
I have had a lot of work done at Northgate Dental and on Friday before Memorial day weekend I had a crown come off. I was a bit nervous but even though the office was closed I was able to reach both doctors shortly and was put at ease that everything would be ok. They were able to squeeze me in the following week and get me a new crown. The work looks great and they always make sure I am comfortable the entire time I am there. Staff is very out going & friendly. Facility beautiful & cozy. Everyone very professional & caring. Dr. morgan explained every thing & was very concerned about my comfort during exam & extraction. He called that evening to check on how I was doing. Nice to have a caring & professional dental office close to home.

Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. They greet you by name on every visit like they actually know you and care about you. Very professional and experienced caregivers.
The office is very nice and the environment is calming and welcoming. The hygienists are very friendly and good at their jobs. My first appointment was with Dr. Carter and I had a very nice experience with him. However, every time you come for a visit, they are constantly trying to up-sell you with tests, procedures, and equipment.
