The staff have absolutely zero people skills, and are just snitches for Child Protective Services. Do not take your child to this practice, they are very nasty people.
I called early Saturday morning unsure what to do about my inconsolable baby with a fever. Since it was after hours, I waited for a call back. My frazzled brain missed the call 2 times, however the nurse kept calling because she was concerned. Over the phone, she gave me a diagnosis and some advice on what to do. I called back around 10 hours later worried about possible dehydration. The new nurse on call gave me clear instructions and advice on how to help alleviate my babies pain. We absolutely love Dr Baldrate. She's incredible with our preemie son!
