Can't rate doctors because front office registration experience was the worst I've had in 25 years. Receptionist this Friday morning on 6/16/17 made me walk away from the practice. First, she spoke Spanish assuming I didn't speak English. Then, when I told her I didn't have my insurance card on me, she said they couldn't see me without it. She failed to offer any alternatives, she failed to help to contact insurance company, she was definitely not a problem solver or empathized with one's need to see the doctor. Dr Albertson was wonderful! He listens and covers all the possibilities.
I have been a patient of Dr. Highfill for about a year now and have been extremely happy with him, he will be doing a knee replacement on me this fall yes I'm scared but I know I'll be in good hands with him and this practice.
Dr. Kim is good. However when I went in to pay my bill, I was treated like a criminal for writing a check. I was made to wait while they ran my check like a credit card....making me late for another appointment in the same building. When I told them I had another appointment and I that I expected to just drop the check off (same concept as putting it in the mail, right?), they insisted that I stay and sign the receipt slip.
