There is clearly a staffing issue’s with the type of customer service that this company offers. I was requested for labs and no one ever called to follow up with the results. I explained to the customer service rep that I had an appointment at another facility and she still scheduled me for an appointment for that date and time at this location. Terrible receptionist. Canceled my appointment that I made two weeks in advance. They gave it to another patient and rescheduled it for two days later without asking me. I spoke with the RN she lied and said they called me twice. I witnessed everyone else get their appointments while they pushed me aside. Totally disregarding of my needs. I will never go back.
Good luck getting them to answer their phones or return calls.
