I’m feeling Nickle and dimed by this company. First the rates changed without notification until I was sent an invoice after the job was done. I emailed proof of what I had payed in past years and it was dismissed with a statement of rates not changing in several years, so they didn’t know what I was talking about... Then I had a “free service call” for prepayment for the year. Worth $55. So parts of my grass were not being watered and a guy came out and I still have to pay … See more

My wife and I just purchased a home in the Holiday Hills area. Last week, I was trying to figure out how to run our sprinkler system (I had never had one before). Your Service Technician Grayson was doing a repair on our neighbors system and saw me (or heard me) struggling to figure out how to work the system. He came over and showed me a thing or two and set up an appointment to get everything working.
