I recently moved to Traverse City but continue to drive all the way to Cadillac to come here. The staff is absolutely amazing. Today my daughter got her very first filling. She was nervous but the staff took their time to make her comfortable and explain everything they would be doing. They took the time to show her every tool and explain in terms for a child what that tool would be used for. My daughter felt so safe and comfortable. It made the filling so easy! Absolutely horrible service regarding children. My daughter is only five and was anxious as it was her first time getting a filling. She was curious and questionable to all things that came close to her mouth. Instead of telling her each item and making her comfortable, the staff got upset and angry, refusing to finish. They had already administered the laughing gas and numbed her up. I am so disappointed with the care and professionalism. If you cannot handle a child, do not take them!!! Northern has been fantastic with my son and his two cousins, going on 3 years now! They are always professional, handle my son very well especially since he had an incident with sucking on his lip, after given an anesthetic numbing injection for a cavity, they listened to his concerns, a 9 year old, and gave him the laughing gas next time around. Highly recommended!
