Don't go here if you need a prescription. The office staff is terrible. My insurance requires a prior authorization for eye drops for a painful eye condition, and no one is responding after weeks of calls and requests. The doctor is good, but the staff is terrible. Save yourself the aggravation.
Been coming here for years. Really love this place. The staff and Dr. Durski are wonderful and very helpful. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Only downside is the parking lot. Highly recommend this place.
Great place. The Dr.’s assistance/nurse (I’m not sure that’s their title -officially) sorry for the generalization. I go to Dr. Frank and he is super! Patience in almost every way, talked with me about my eyes anatomy and health as I needed to get another lasik round done. Didn’t rush me out the door. His team helped complete all the paperwork my lasik center needed to confirm my eye health and such. The are short stafffed at times however, they always are looking to do their job at a high level.
