This was my second time having a colonoscopy at this location, and once again, I was so impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived at 6:00 a.m., I was greeted with genuine friendliness. rude and no patience . front desk doesn’t listen to patient inquiries . go somewhere else . there are better places option to go for it . nurses is not compassionate to patient needs . the nurse left me without saying a word to sit or lay down for the preparation to test . the chairs are not comfortable and its very difficult to get off the chair without an armrest and risky to fall. there is no much communication as to what to expect of the test . i would go somewhere else .
