We've been here almost twenty years and it's been a very positive experience. I do a lot of my own work around the home and outside, but when it's something I can't fix, the property managers are very helpful in getting it done. Good location and good neighbors. Pretty awesome place on the whole. Plan on staying a lot longer.
Overall my experience with Northern Nevada Property Management has been good. They have responded to my concerns and questions and resolved issues as they come up.
They literally exist just to cost landlords more money and they are not kind in their messaging to tenants (the people who work there treat us like we are a bother when we RARELY contact them to begin with), and they ultimately do not provide sufficient notice for property-related appointments: lawn care schedule, cooling/heating appts., etc. I am fortunate to have good landlords that work hard to bridge the communication gaps.
