Northern neck has taken 3 weeks to approve the quote from the body shop and in the meantime its burning up my rental amount that was given to me. When it comes time to asking for an extension because theyre adjusters dont do their job fast or correctly. I was told that there was nothing they could do about extending my rental that if I wanted to have it any longer, I would have to pay out of pocket. ****** did a wonderful job on n handling my claim with Northern Neck insurance. She really went out of her way to make sure my needs were taken care of.
The adjuster, ******, called us the same day we filed the claim and immediately set up the inspection. He was very friendly and through when at our house and I could tell that he really cared about us. He had the estimate ready for us before he left the house and made the process simple and painless. Cant thank NN enough for being so amazing.
I have my homeowners and auto with Northern Neck. We recently had a bad hail storm hit us on May 6th. I called my local insurance agent, they filed a claim and within a few days our auto's were assessed and a check was written that day. They also came to us, a team from Northern Neck came to southwest VA. We live in a rural part so we were very satisfied. They worked effectively and very professional.
