Excellent service. Took care of my claim immediately. Handled everything for me. Dealt directly with the body shop, making things much easier. I highly recommend NNIns.
The claims specialist, Danny M*****, was very courteous and knowledgeable about his work. He explained what was covered and what was not, he answered all of our concerns. He was here the same day we put our claim in. He checked all the damaged areas and made his assessment on what needed to be done. My 84 year old Mom had an electrical fire in the middle of the night and is lucky to be alive. The Claim Rep, Doug W***, contacted us immediately and so did Keith T***, the Claim Adjuster. Everyone from Northern Neck has made this experience such an easy one for Mom. We are thankful for the quick and efficient process.

A storm came through and caused damages to my home. Northern neck had an adjuster come out the next day. The adjuster had someone come out that day to place tarps on the damaged areas to keep water out. They are fast, efficient and very concerned about your safety.
