Fast and friendly service. Excellent communication. The claims team is top notch.
Northern neck has taken 3 weeks to approve the quote from the body shop and in the meantime its burning up my rental amount that was given to me. When it comes time to asking for an extension because theyre adjusters dont do their job fast or correctly. I was told that there was nothing they could do about extending my rental that if I wanted to have it any longer, I would have to pay out of pocket. ****** did a wonderful job on n handling my claim with Northern Neck insurance. She really went out of her way to make sure my needs were taken care of.
The adjuster, ******, called us the same day we filed the claim and immediately set up the inspection. He was very friendly and through when at our house and I could tell that he really cared about us. He had the estimate ready for us before he left the house and made the process simple and painless. Cant thank NN enough for being so amazing.
I have my homeowners and auto with Northern Neck. We recently had a bad hail storm hit us on May 6th. I called my local insurance agent, they filed a claim and within a few days our auto's were assessed and a check was written that day. They also came to us, a team from Northern Neck came to southwest VA. We live in a rural part so we were very satisfied. They worked effectively and very professional. Northern Neck is a great company when my house flooded 2x they came to my rescue they sent out people right away to clean things up I was a mess they helped me every step of the to no fault of mine .They came out right away and adjust my house wrote me a check the next day so I could get my house back in order I am glad they where their they really looked after me from the beginning to the end no matter what time of day or night thank you so much ! I am glad your my insurance company!
