I have only made a few other bad reviews in my life and it’s been a couple years by now that a food truck owner beat a baby raccoon to death in front of children and I had much to say. But yet again the situation feels so preventable. Transparency is not a thing anymore at this dentist - Or kindness. Not only do they not tell you something basic for decades is now extra, at check out - they then have the audacity to charge an extra fee if you can’t pay before they close. I had 7 minutes. Absolutely wonderful I would recommend this dentistry to absolutely anyone with children. They are so friendly & professional. If you have multiple children, it is 10 stars they will book the children next to each other which any parent knows is really hard to get same appointments. It’s incredible absolutely incredible. I cannot say how fantastic they are and this was my first visit with three children. Absolutely go here.
Can't ever get anyone to answer the phone regarding new patients. I have been trying for months. It's like they ignore the phone.
The dentists and hygienists were great! The front office ruined the entire experience. We came in for an emergency visit. The dentist ended up giving us antibiotics and wanted to treat the tooth right away to save it. Apparently, the scheduling staff doesn't care about that and scheduled us a month and a half out. I tried to explain that the dentist told us it needed to happen sooner. I was cut off to hear, "I understand that but the schedule is full."
