Kind hearted service to my elderly folks! Dan Steffen is such a gentleman. He made a great effort to help my elderly folks pick out two lift chairs. Dan opened the store on a Saturday so I could drive my 90year old Dad and my 87year old Mother to the store. Thank you for being so understanding and even speaking a little louder when needed to my Father. I think my Mom would have liked to have brought you home!Again, we will be back for some scooters when my folks get "old" so said Dad.Thank you,Jean Rowe

Scooter Purchase I had Northern Medical Supply Co. come out to my father's house to bring some scooters for him to try out.Ken brought out 3 different scooters, but none were the perfect match.Ken the next day brought out 3 more scooters and very diligently went over each scooter showing exactly how to use them and what turned out to be a perfect match.Thanks for your great help and your kind understanding of our situation.Sincerely,Mrs. Rose
Stair Lift I recently ordered a stair lift from Northern Medical to help me get up and down from my bed room to my main floor. Northern Medical did a wonderful job keeping me informed about the installation process and they worked around my medical schedule. The stair lift has helped me immensely. Thank you Northern Medical.
